Apparently, protocol roads that spread in Jakarta is not yet sterile from potholes. Its existence can be seen along Jalan MH Thamrin as long as 2.5 kilometers, precisely in front of UoB Plaza until in front of Bank Indonesia (BI), Central Jakarta. 

It has been happening for weeks and has not been repaired

Based on Beritajakarta.com, there are at least 15 potholes in both directions. Although the diameter is only 10-15 cm and 10 cm deep, the pothole is quite disturbing and dangerous, especially motorcyclist.

Sigit, (32), one of motorcyclists said, besides disturbing, the potholes are also prone to traffic accident. "It has been happening for weeks and has not been repaired," he complained.

Responding on this matter, Head of Central Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-dept, Aris Komaris Nandika admitted has known the potholes along Jalan MH Thamrin. As for its maintenance, lies in Bina Marga Dept.

"Probably, they will repair it tonight," he said.
